Personal Data Categories and Sources

Regarding customer service and communication with customers the personal data categories processed are the name, address, phone number, e-mail address and title of the contact persons of the customer companies. The personal data source is the data subject or the company the data subject is working for.

Regarding marketing the personal data categories processed are the name, address, phone number, e-mail address and native language of the contact persons of the customer companies or prospect companies. The personal data source is the data subject or the company the data subject is working for.

When managing job applications, the personal data categories processed are the name, address, phone number, e-mail address, native language, other language skills and professional skills of the applicant. It is also possible to process other information the applicant chooses to disclose in the application. The data source is the data subject.

Regarding accounts payable management and communication with suppliers the personal data categories processed are the name, address, phone number, e-mail address, organization and title of the contact persons of the sub-contractors and suppliers. The personal data source is the data subject or the company the data subject is working for.

Recipients of Personal Data

The companies managing Prevex’s IT-systems have access to the systems for the management purposes and therefore also access to personal data processed in the systems.

Personal Data Retention Times

Maximum retention time for job applications is one year.

Data Subject Rights

Considering the applicable data protection legislation and the limitations mentioned in the legislation the data subject has the following rights regarding his/her personal data:

  • Right to rectification
  • Right to erasure
  • Right to restriction of processing
  • Right to object
  • Right to data portability

If the processing of personal data is based on consent the data subject has the right to withdraw the consent at any time by contacting info@prevex.com.

The data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if the data subject believes that his/her personal data is not being processed lawfully. The right to lodge a complaint is applicable with the supervisory in particular in the Member State of data subject’s habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement of the data protection legislation.
